Terms of Service
Last updated: September 6, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the StockKit website, API, SDK, and related services (together, the "Services"), operated by StockKit Labs ("StockKit", "we", "us"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
1. What StockKit is
StockKit provides software infrastructure for reading data about tokenized assets on Robinhood Chain and for preparing unsigned blockchain transactions. StockKit is not a broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser, custodian, or money transmitter.
2. Non-custodial
The Services never hold, access, or control your private keys or funds. Endpoints such as trade building return unsigned transaction data only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, signing, and submitting any transaction, and for everything that results from doing so.
3. No financial advice
Nothing in the Services is investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Tokenized assets are volatile and can lose value, and blockchain transactions are irreversible.
4. Third-party services
The Services aggregate data from and interact with third parties we do not control, including Robinhood's public stock token APIs, Robinhood Chain infrastructure, and Uniswap smart contracts. We are not responsible for their accuracy, availability, or conduct. StockKit is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Robinhood Markets or Uniswap Labs.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Services in violation of applicable law, including securities and sanctions laws in your jurisdiction
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Services
- Do not misrepresent the source of requests or circumvent rate limits
You are responsible for determining whether your use of the Services and any trading activity is lawful where you live.
6. Availability and changes
The Services are in beta and provided free of charge. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice, and may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StockKit and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, funds, or data, arising from or related to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
