Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how StockKit Labs ("StockKit", "we", "us") handles information when you use the StockKit website, API, and SDK (together, the "Services").

1. What we collect

The Services do not require accounts, logins, or API keys, and we do not ask for your name, email, or any personal profile. When you use the Services, our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) processes standard request metadata such as IP address, user agent, and requested URL to deliver responses, prevent abuse, and produce aggregate traffic statistics.

2. What we do not do

• No advertising or cross-site tracking
• No sale of data
• No tracking cookies on stockkit.dev
• No collection of private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials, ever

3. Onchain and wallet data

If you query a portfolio or build a trade, the wallet address you supply is used to read public blockchain data and construct a response. Blockchain data is public by nature. We do not link wallet addresses to identities.

4. Third parties

To answer requests, the API calls third-party services including Robinhood's public stock token APIs and Robinhood Chain RPC endpoints. Those requests originate from our servers, not your device, and do not include your IP address. Content delivery and edge caching are provided by Cloudflare, whose processing is described inCloudflare's privacy policy.

5. Data retention

We keep only short-lived operational logs and edge caches needed to run the Services, and no databases of user activity.

6. Changes

We may update this policy by posting a revised version on this page with a new date above.
